Hi, how are you? Thanks for reaching out. From what you’ve described, this sounds more like social and performance anxiety rather than a physical/medical problem. The mind becomes overly focused on “log kya sochenge, main blank na ho jaun”, which itself increases hesitation and mind-blanking.
Medicines like paroxetine may be prescribed by a psychiatrist in some anxiety disorders, but please don’t start it on your own. For long-term improvement, CBT with gradual exposure and cognitive restructuring is usually very helpful especially practising speaking despite hesitation rather than waiting to feel 100% confident.
