Sometimes, i have panic attacks when my hands start shaking. Esp. when I have to do something with them in front of other people. Like, during signing a cheque or giving thumb impression or tying something or during getting henna applied on my hands. Etc.

Hello,     Thanks for the query .You seemed to be suffering from social phobia ,for which certain medications and behaviour therapy would be helpful.consult a psychiatrist and follow up with the therapeutic advice.
