Exploring specific situations that triggers anxiety. Challanging negative thoughts and converting them into positive thoughts. Take small steps. Face your fear and see what happens. Role play with people you trust. Practice acts of kindness. Limit alcohol. Make a list of things you are afread to do. Every day as a challenge do one thing. Every week revise the list.
