I am suffering with social anaxity. I am taking precaution last 1 year but no improvement in my anaxity,heart pounding small talk, hesitation to speak in front of people etc.plz advise me good treatment.
Please do not worry too much that you have GAD. Just accept it as a normal problem and learn to live with it. If you do so and try CBT even medicines may not be required.
