Hi, getting through tough times is not easy. It is important to get present to your feelings, emotions, thoughts in the context of whatever you are dealing with. Try & see things as objectively as possible & focus on lifestyle changes like exercise, yoga, meditation, keeping self occupied etc. If it is causing too much distress & affecting your general functioning, it is important you arrange to see a psychiatrist.
