Hi...do visit so a complete clinical history and examination can be done. The usual way to proceed is to get your sleep evaluated on various parameters by doing a sleep study(at home). Once the results are available you will be advised accordingly.

Dear sir. Snoring and sleep apnoea is much much more serious issue than just Trouble to wife. It has serious impact on heart brain and all systems of body. For treatment of snoring first undergo clinical examination, then sleep study to see physical impact of snoring, then DISE test to locate exact cause of snoring, that will decide treatment. You have to visit a specialised centre like our saideep ENT hospital, pimple Saudagar where this work up is available that too at a cheaper cost.or see centre at ur city. Regards Dr Amol joshi

Sir there are no tablets for snoring. The treatment depends on the severity. Most common cause is weight gain/obesity but then again, its multifactorial. Weight gain could be just one of the causes. U need to visit an ent,and get examined. I suggest a thyroid function test, diagnostic nasal endoscopy, ct scan pns, polysomnography. Rest Depends on the on the reports of the above tests.
