They are ectopic sebacious glands that are scattered over the oral mucosa .  Nothing to worry ,no treatment needed at all. I hope it was helpful . They are normal sebaceous glands called fordyces granules. It’s nothing unusual.

These granules are known as fordyce granules which is common soft tissue variations seen in the oral cavity. It is absuletly normal. No need to take so much tension.
