Small red bump on the gum

4yr old baby has small red bump above the tooth.. that bump didnt go away nearly 15 days.. first week it was in yellow colour doc gave antibiotics.. now it is in red colour.. when that bump will go away..

1st of all check the teeth on this redbump area. If any cavity notices, Restore it or do pulpectomy of teeth. It may disappears gradually. Its nothing to worry. This is may be just a pus filled redbump due to infected or Cavitied tooth.
