Sluggish metabolism, can't lose weight

I need to burn fat and be slimmer and toned. Considering i have two months to achieve it, kindly provide diet and workout plan for the same. My body weight should be weighing around 55kgs ideally and I'm 65. Kindly help out. Thank you.
