I Am at home for this whole year and had a slip disc last month. My bed is not plane. Can i lay on floor on yoga mat? I think it is good for back and posture. Please advice. And how long should i sit in a day?
Hi,u can lie down on the floor , definitely maintains back curvature.
Use Ergonomic chair,back supporting chair.
Every 20-30 mins take break and do some back movement's or walk for a minute then u can continue your work in between.
If u t overweight,reduce a bit .
Yea you can ... Sit for no longer than 40 min at a stretch .if back starts husting earlier then that's your body's limit. Sit with back support . Maintain a good posture.
