Hi, you have type 2 modic changes that’s means it’s chronic condition. if you have only Back Pain then physiotherapy for Core muscles strengthening back extensor + Abdominal + knee + hip muscles strengthening exercises will help to do day to day activities pain free and further worsening of condition And if you have leg pain also then you need to see Spine surgeon, need clinical evaluation. And according to your pain and disability to do daily activities we can suggest you accurate treatment.
