Slip disc and severe back and leg ache.

2018-04-09 17:07:57
I have been suffering from severe back-ache for about 28 years. I have done MRI, ultrasound, X-ray and all test prescribed by the doctor here. They detected as slip disc problem and adviced to take physiotherapy and pain killers if necessary. But it is not working. Now the pain is very severe. I can't stand and walk properly without taking painkillers weekly or monthly now. I m also suffering from right leg ache. I can't bend my right leg properly it pains a lot.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
