Slight pain in testis and inner thigh

From 2 months I was facing slight pain in right testis which was very mild but feeling like dragging and tha pain is also in the inner right thigh and leg . It is feeling like radiating from testis to thigh. The pain sometimes in the right testis sometime it move to the left testis.and I also feel sometime burning sensation near the thigh area. What could be the reason behind this pain I have searched in google it was showing tumor I am very scared plzz help what could be the reason behind this. I have done the lower abdomen usg it is normal and the urine test is also normal. I am attaching the reports. Plz tell what could be the reason. Note- I already have hiatus hernia.
