Your liver scan is normal. The tiny renal cortical cyst (around 1 cm) is very small and usually harmless. Such small simple kidney cysts do not cause pain in most cases.
The discomfort spreading to the back for 15 days is more commonly due to muscle strain, posture issue, or mild kidney stone (if present) rather than a tiny cyst.
What you should do:
• Do urine routine test
• Check kidney function test
• Drink adequate water
• Get clinical examination to rule out muscular cause

Your ultrasound report shows a small right renal cortical cyst measuring 9.5 × 7.6 mm.
A tiny renal cortical cyst of this size is usually benign (simple cyst) and very common in adults. In most cases, it does not cause pain and does not require any specific treatment unless it has complex features (which would be mentioned in the report).
Since your liver fibroscan is normal and the cyst is very small, the discomfort in the lower right abdomen spreading to the back is unlikely to be due to this tiny renal cyst.
More common causes of this type of pain include:
• Muscular strain
• Right-sided ureteric stone (if pain is severe/colicky)
• Intestinal causes (gas, mild colitis)
• Early appendicular irritation (if associated with fever or worsening pain)
• Lumbar spine-related pain

1. Get a urine routine examination to rule out infection or microscopic blood.
2. Check serum creatinine if not already done.
