First you need to find out those situations where you doubt yourself. Analyze yourself, put yourself in those situations again and again. Either you will know how to overcome it or you will always be ready to face it. Overthinking always brings negativity. Instead of thinking of negative things, you can think of positive outcomes from those situations. An empty brain is a devil’s workshop. If your brain is occupied, you will never get time for overthinking. Engage yourself, engage with people around you. Stop procrastinating. Don’t wait for the perfect moment, take the moment and make it perfect. If you are wasting too much time overthinking, which results in delaying other works, then in this situation, you should set your personal deadline for your work. And never cross your deadline. If your deadline is tight, you will never get time for overthinking. And lastly, you cannot control your future. Your overthinking cannot change your future, accept this fact. You can think of the future but you cannot predict it. Spend that time instead on things that give you joy. There is nothing in this world that can trouble you as much as your own thoughts
