Firstly congratulations for the baby. It’s not easy to cope up with one’s daily routine, physical and mental health after the baby is born. Although remember it’s a temporary phase and the baby will soon be a age where he or she can get trained. There are two tricks to this problem- either train your baby to sleep or you get to sleep when the baby is sleeping. Do not focus too much on number of hours as 6-7 hours of even quality sleep will do wonders. Other than sleep, dullness has to do with stress, diet and exercise. There are many other ways in which you can manage your time better.
