When I am going to deep sleep that time my head left side top and arms like electric shock feeling and I wake up normal

Wen v slip into deep sleep our body muscles relax n v experience a give away sensation. Its a normal phenomenon. But if u r goin through a catastrophic experience, compromising ur sleep den consult a neurologist. A sleep study may help u understand ur problem better.
