Give me some tips to make a sleep schedule Sometimes I Sleep at 3am,.Sometimes at 5or6am I want to have a good sleep cycle & How to maintain it?

1. Avoid taking tea/coffee after 4pm 2. Exercise at  least 1 hour a day 3. Stop smoking if you do 4. Avoid using mobile phone in your bed 5. Try to get in your bed early.
