Hello Mr. Sleeping pills are addictive in nature , u must avoid using them without supervision and consultation of particularly ,. Only Psychiatrist. And also , the reason for ur sleep disturbances has to be addressed  clearly ,depending upon which , we can plan a medicine or therapies or both.
