Sleeping Problem

For past 3 nights, my sleep timing has forwarded to around 2am and getting up between 7 and 7:30. I used to sleep around 11-11:30 and get up around 6:30. I am a student preparing for civil services and deficient sleep is causing me trouble. In night around 11 when I try to sleep, I yawn but still not able to sleep. I have my exams in a month. Please suggest any medication so that sleep cycle is restored
