I am one month pregnant...does sleeping position effect my baby... And where I am living water doesn't suits me hear will it effect my baby skin...what should I eat for healthy baby and healthy baby skin and what should I avoid

No your sleeping position does not affect the baby at this point of time The water where you are living will not affect your babys skin Have a good protein rich diet with lots of fruits vegetables nuts etc
