Sleeping disorder during days
I am not able to getting proper sleep in days as well as in night due to which I am facing more headaches and I am currently working in night shift and I am trying to sleep in days however not able to getting proper sleep and this is resulting in getting sleep in night during working hours. It would be great if you can provide me better medicine/guidance what should I do get proper sleep.

You are suffering from sleep deprivation as your biological day-night rhythm seems disturbed.
Pl get a change of duty time to day duty.
Because night sleep can't be compensated in daytime sleep.
