First follow sleep hygiene as adviced. ..it is definitely stressful during this covid period...but try to relax urself...in spite of this u r suffering , then u need a consultation

Regulate ur rising n sleeping time n follow healthy lifestyle Physically active routine Don't use mobile, laptop n TV atleast 1 hr before bedtime Don't take afternoon nap
