I am working professional involving more walking, if i delay my lunch by 30 min i feel lack of concentration,& sleepiness because of this i have lost my things while travelling. Checked RBS its normal & no symptoms of diabetes.How to overcome this

Check HBA1C,CBC ,lipid profile and thyroid profile . Probably u have insulin resistance.. Cut out sugar and sugary drinks.. Increase more protein in your diet..
