Sleep problem

I go to sleep at 12:00 .I wake up every morning at 4:30 .And again after 1 hour I fall asleep from 5:45- 7am(non intentionally this happens) This is happening from last 4 months and I feel less energitic and have shallow breathing also. My sleep is disturbed from last 2 years( have many irregular patterns) .

Hi,timely food and timely  sleep is good. Goto bed by 10 pm  ,avoid tv&cell after 9 pm.
