Sleep hygiene is the solution here. Body has a sleep cycle and it needs a set routine.Stressing your eyes and mind with continuous tv or laptop surfing often cause fatigue. Take breaks for 15mins every 2 hours while surfing or studying. Have a set timetable for study schedule.
