Hello doctor, i feel proper tired and sleepy but whenever i lie down and try to go to sleep, i am unable to fall into sleep, that is i am unable to reach first sleep stage itself. What should i do to fall into sleep ?

Avoid using laptop or mobile while in bed. Do regular exercise. Don't take caffeinated drinks in evening. Try tab meloset 3 mg at bedtime for 3 weeks.
