Sleep is an important function that helps restore the body. Not getting enough sleep may give rise to significant health problems. There may be underlying factors like preoccupation of thoughts in the unconscious mind which may result in lack of sleep and other probable stressors.
It is suggested that you consult a clinical psychologist for better clarity to detect the underlying factors and its management.
