There is nothing to get worried about. It is a sentinel tag. After defecation, do sitz bath for 10 mins in lukewarm water and iodine thrice a day. It will shrink on its own. Just eat more fibre to avoid constipation. And drink lots of fluids. In case the constipation is chronic, start a laxative after consultation. Feel free to connect.

Don't worry. It's just sentinel tag. Sitz baths: Soak in warm water for 10–15 minutes after bowel movements to relax the muscle and soothe pain Dietary adjustments: Eat high-fiber foods and drink plenty of water to keep stools soft and prevent straining. Gentle hygiene: Clean the area carefully without aggressive wiping to avoid further irritation

According to the image that you shared it might be a sentinel pile. I would suggest you consult a general surgeon in your area for proper examination and treatment.
Next Steps
Until you visit a general surgeon I would suggest you take soft diet and a stool softener so that it doesn't grow and become painful because hard stools and constipation can increase the severity of your problem.
