These rashes are die to heat and itching is happening because of sweat Use coconut oil mixed with kapur in this for local application on affected area. You can also use clindamycin gel or clotrimazole cream on these areas twice a day.
Next Steps
Maintain scalp and hair hygiene. Restrict sun exposure after application of oil/gel/cream
Health Tips

Namaste sir, please do one thing—take Durva grass and apply its paste externally. Also, give the child Durva juice for 5–7 days. This will help balance her Pitta dosha and she will start feeling better. You can also book a consultation with Vaidya Hariom Sharma for further guidance.

Facial rashes in a 6.5-year-old with mild itching could be due to heat rash (prickly heat), allergic reaction, or even early scabies—though scabies usually affects folds and is intensely itchy at night. If the rash is fine, red, and worsens with heat or sweating, it’s likely a heat rash. Apply chandanadi taila or aloe vera gel, and keep her cool and hydrated. For accurate diagnosis and tailored herbal remedies, please consult me directly.
