Hello Doctor, I am experiencing persistent acne on my cheeks with small red pimples, bumps, and dark spots left after healing. The skin texture has become uneven and slightly rough over time. I also notice occasional new breakouts despite basic skincare. This issue has been ongoing for some time and is affecting my confidence. Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
