My skin is acne prone, I get acne whenever I eat dry fruits, dairy, cheese, chocolates. Is there a permanent cure in Ayurveda for it.

First go for USG of low abdomen and confirm that is there any cyst or not .if you have any kinde of cyst then take the treatment for cyst and your acne will go automatically. If there is no cyst then take the treatment for blood purification. Drink at least one ltr water in a day. Avoid spicy and oily food.

Skin reflects your inner health... Acne on cheeks or chin or forehead determines the root cause. You need both outer cleaning with face pack etc and inner body fluid (blood and plasma) detox. Like this you can get rid of them permanently along with no scar or depigmentation

Acne, especially when triggered by certain foods like dairy, cheese, chocolates, and dry fruits, is often linked to an imbalance in the Pitta and Kapha doshas. Ayurveda focuses on addressing the root cause by balancing these doshas and improving digestion and detoxification. Ayurvedic Approach for Acne Herbs & Medicines: Neem Capsules or Decoction: Purifies the blood and reduces inflammation. Manjishtha: Excellent for detoxifying the skin and balancing Pitta. Kumkumadi Tailam: Use as a light night application for reducing scars and improving skin texture. Gandhak Rasayan: Helps in chronic skin conditions by reducing toxins in the blood. Dietary Guidelines: Avoid spicy, oily, and processed foods that aggravate Pitta. Include cooling foods like cucumber, aloe vera juice, and coconut water. Avoid foods that trigger acne (like dairy and dry fruits) until digestion and Pitta are balanced. Drink warm water with a pinch of turmeric daily to detoxify. Lifestyle Changes: Follow a consistent sleep schedule; late nights can worsen Pitta imbalance. Avoid overuse of cosmetics and harsh skincare products. Use gentle herbal cleansers like neem or aloe vera-based face washes. Practice yoga poses like Sarvangasana and Matsyasana to improve skin circulation. Stress Management: Stress can worsen hormonal imbalances. Practice Heartfulness Meditation or pranayama techniques like Sheetali to calm the mind and body. Detoxification (Panchakarma): Therapies like Virechana (purgation) and Raktamokshana (bloodletting) are beneficial for chronic acne and must be done under Ayurvedic supervision.
Next Steps
With consistent Ayurvedic treatment, dietary modifications, and stress management, acne can be effectively controlled and even cured permanently. I recommend consulting an Ayurvedic physician for a personalized plan based on your dosha constitution and specific triggers. Wishing you clear and glowing skin.

Avoid if you are allergic to dairy or any other item. Acne can be due to hormonal imbalances or due to poor face care regime resulting in accumulation of sebum. Take proper consultation for the treatment of acne. Ayurveda can treat your acne from root along with reducing acne marks.
