your symptoms—red rashes, mild itching, and facial swelling (especially around your lips and nose)—could be signs of an allergic reaction. Over-the-counter antihistamines such as cetirizine (10 mg once daily) are often used to help relieve mild allergic symptoms. However, because swelling of the face can sometimes indicate a more serious reaction (like angioedema), if you notice any difficulty breathing, severe swelling, or if your symptoms worsen rapidly, please seek medical attention immediately or consult with me.

Did you consume anything that you are unknowingly allergic to? Trace back your food and anything you might have come in contact with. Visit your local dermatologist to have a look and confirm if it’s allergic in nature.

Your symptoms suggest an allergic reaction, possibly urticaria or angioedema. The red rashes, itching, and swelling around your lips and nose may be due to an allergen, food reaction, or even an insect bite. Immediate steps you can take: Antihistamines – Over-the-counter options like cetirizine or loratadine may help with itching and swelling. Cold Compress – Apply a cool cloth to the affected area to reduce inflammation. Avoid Triggers – Try to recall if you consumed any new food, medication, or came in contact with any allergens. Seek Medical Attention – If swelling worsens, affects breathing, or spreads rapidly, consult a doctor immediately. Since facial swelling can sometimes indicate a serious allergic reaction, I strongly recommend a consultation to evaluate your condition properly. Please feel free to connect with me for a detailed discussion on my WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two. Take care!
