Sir I got a sudden groin area pain

Sir ,yesterday afternoon after I woke up from chair.i got a groin area pain only on left side.i don't have back pain ,no burning sensation while urination.I feel it is due to my belt compressing .is any other issue here sir please say.

Not able to pin point the diagnosis with this information. It could just be a simple muscle strain which will settle by itself. If you have any swelling or any abnormal movement in that area we can think of hernia or something.. otherwise. It's just a muscle strain. It wil settle
