Sir I kindly need suggestions regarding any best'injection to get freedom from stomach problem. I am tired of these tablets and etc. I always feel like peeing. Always my stomach is paining

Please consult a Gastroenterologist in your area. Unfortunately the stomach problems are treated by tablets only. Injections are prescribed for those patients who have a problem in taking medicine by mouth.
