Looks like you are having Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyposis. You need to consult an ENT specialist and further endoscopic examination +/- imaging need to be done. This can be managed with surgical methods followed with medical management. There is a risk of recurrence, but with proper follow up and medical management it can be reduced to a considerable extent. If allergic, also that needs to be addressed.

Rhinosinusitis with polyposis requires surgery in the form of FESS( functional endoscopic sinus surgery). Following Surgery you need to be on regular follow up, as would be advised by your surgeon to avoid recurrence. After surgery you can do Jal Neti/ Saline water douching( always avoid sutra neti) and breathing exercises along with some medications during the seasons when your allergies flair up.
Next Steps
Get a CT scan of the nose and PNS to know the extent of polyps and disease within your sinuses. Consult physically if your are from Guwahati at Trinitas Hospital.
Health Tips
Avoid taking Oral Steroids for the polyps as they are not a permanent cure.

Hi Rishika, As u mentioned you have nasal polyps. I would suggest you to visit an ENT surgeon physically, he may do your endoscopic examination of nose. In cases of polyps surgery is needed. Complete treatment include surgical support as well as medical management. Regarding recurrence with proper and protocol based treatment recurrence can be curtailed but 100 percent surely cannot be given.
