Suddenly i developed a dominant pungent smell in my nose,it cause headache and irritation .i have cold and cough with stuffy nose too,due to heavy rain in Bangalore i caught cold.

How often its happening with you? Can you please elaborate your symptoms more? Accordingly will have to advice xray or ct By the way you need medical attention if its happening more often and if its impacting your day to day lifestyle!

1. Tab cheston cold  twice in a day for 3 days. 2. Gargle with warm salt water. 3. Steam inhalation. 4. Tab Azithromycin 500 mg  one's in a day for 3 days. Drink plenty of water to keep your self hydrated.
