The medicines you listed are usually prescribed for OCD, anxiety, and related symptoms, but they can sometimes cause stomach upset, weight or hormonal changes, or rarely breast tissue swelling in men. What’s important is not to stop or adjust them on your own. Please call your psychiatrist, share clearly about the reflux and your fear of gynecomastia. They can check if one of the medicines is causing it and may adjust the dose or switch. In the meantime, avoid lying down right after meals, reduce spicy or acidic food, and keep track of any changes in your body.. You’re doing the right thing by noticing early and asking.

Usually medicines are safe and the doses depends on your symptom profile and the intensity which can be judged only during the consultation and also, your acid reflux might subside gradually but for the time being doses can be adjusted along with an antacid.
