Shoulder pain in right arm

My shoulder and right arm is paining since 8 days Pain starts from neck passes to whole right arm. I think cause of pain is cold. I used to sleep on open roof in night plz suggest some medicine.

Cervical radiculopathy. Needs clinical evaluation. Start with neck exercises,hot fomentation and ointment application. Anti inflammatory medicines.

Pain which is due to cold, should subside by heating locally. If it doesn't,it is something more than that. Do you have pain/difficulty in lifting shoulder, moving neck in all or any specific directions? When the pain increases/decreases? Do you feel like 'current in arm'? Is it just pain or tingling or numbness?
Next Steps
Take initially pain killer, muscle relaxants, local heating and local gel/ointment for about 5-7 days. But, if no relief, we have to find cause. You need correct diagnosis. Further treatment depends upon that. You can consult us.
Health Tips
If the pain or neck spasm increases, show to doctor immediately. Tingling or numbness in Arm wiill be bad sign

Overuse, beyond what the shoulder muscles can tolerate, due to domestic activities and mobile use. 
Next Steps
rest, ice packs and then slowly increasing the movement by doing activities where the shoulder is near the body.
