Dear sir I my MRI report says " c3 c4 level small posterior disc protrusion causing mild thecal sac indentation bilateral neural foramina maintained " Sir is it spondylitis? What is the treatment pl tell me

Treatment to your problem depends on your symptoms & signs on clinical examination.. Mild protrusion can be present even in asymptomatic person...not to worry.. Yes it can be spondylosis, medicines & physiotherapy, life style changes LL suffice..if not responding..may need invasive treatment..
