I understand you want to do a complete body check up but i am sorry to say that cannot be done as a a teleconsultation. Several lumps can be due to muscles spasms which may have been caused due to the sudden increase in strenuous activity.
Next Steps
Please book a full body check up package.

Hi Persistent Pain and unable to lift weights is concerning, you need to be examined by an orthopaedic surgeon for a possible inflammation in your joint, muscle sprain or a tear.
Next Steps
Consult an orthopedic surgeon for examination of his shoulder and get an MRI
Health Tips
Until then if pain is severe Avoid lifting heavy weights, immobilise with arm sling pouch, ice pack application, anti inflammatory medications and analgesics SOS
