Shoulder Joint Effusion Fluid Collection
I am suffering from Joint effusion is shoulder.
As per MRI some fluid collection is there. Calf rotator is absolutely fine.
I have swelling there and it pains when I raise my hand over my shoulder. I am taking medicine for 2 months but till now no relief . I am taking tendoshot capsule now as per orthopaedic doc advice. Can someone please advise which specialist I should consult. What are the ways to cure this problem

It is most likely subacromial bursitis. Usually settles with physio and exercise for cuff. If not settling then consult shoulder surgeon. He might do an steroid injection in sub acromial space - usually gives 99% patients pain relief
