Hi. First dislocation occured 7 years back means at that time you were 16 years old. There is a very high probability that you will have dislocation again. Dislocation itself is the most painful condition which requires emergency reduction, moreover every dislocation will eat up the bone in humerus head which will change the treatment from simple arthroscopic bankart repair to open surgery in the form of latarjet procedure.
