Shoulder dislocation

I had a shoulder dislocation 3 years before due to i fall from bike, now after 3 years, i started gym and its going good i feel good strength on my shoulder but recently i came from gym and just up my hand to put curtains but it's dislocated Then i rush to hospital, doctors fix and put shoulder immobiliser but they suggest Surgery Could u please help me with this

Needs physical examination followed by MRI to find the cause of instability. Recurrent dislocation generally, do not do well without surgery and the risk of dislocation in the future is very high.

By ur description u have an unstable shoulder which usually starts with injury each episode cause loss of bone and tissue around the shoulder which is known as bankard and hill Sachs lesions

Do MRI of shoulder joint. It would be bankart lesions in shoulder joint.
