Last few days suffering with Shoulder and neck pain. Using ICE bag but got no results. I am a patient of Ankylosing spondilitis and Ulcerative colitis. Please suggest a Medicine

Please check with your rheumatologist and start Tab Phenylbutazone 100 mg BD for a week, followed by Phenylbutazone 100 mg once a day for a week. This might give you tremendous relief if you are positive for HLA-B27. In case the pain and diarrhoea is intractable you might need to take small doses of steroids for sometime.
