Shoulder and neck pain

I am having left neck, shoulder and arm pain since 3 weeks. It started as neck pain and gradually moved to shoulder and arm. Mostly the pain comes in the morning after waking up. By evening it reduces. I am an IT professional and now working from home. Also I am getting pain in shoulder when I am coughing or sneezing. Sometimes feeling pain the elbow joint. Also some weekness in left arm. Please advise.

Its come these days as trend of WFH STARTED ... YOU WILL BE ALRIGHT AND SYMPTOMS WILL GET BETTER WITH TREATMENT. Initially some medicine to control pain amd inflammation. Then physiotherapy excersies for few days for streching and strengthning shoulder neck muscle. So in future you wont have these problems again. Very likely you have a bad posture. Improve your posture and start regular exercises. Do all office work on table. Need medication too but for that you need prescription. Take sos painkillers.
