Should I wait for a week for next scan

Pregnancy first trimester. Ultrasound done show 3 week late acc to Lmp, yolk sac gestational sac seen sac margin regular G.S-8.1mm less than 4 week.In second scan Sac margin irregular and no any echogenic content seen ,G.S -16.6mm 6 week 01 day. I want advise to wait for 1 week or abort the Pregnancy. My dr suggested to abort.

Please wait for 1 week. If the pregnancy is failing, it can abort on its own too. Waiting for 1 week will not do any harm.
