Shooting ache

2022-10-14 17:31:17
In my right knee, while walking i get a shooting type of ache, not pain. Idk if some nerve is pulled, i had a gym session 2 days back for shoulders after that its happening. Bt there was no pressure on the knee. It doesn't hurt to touch, doesn't burn or no shooting pain down the leg. Only a pinpoint ache when i walk, not always too, when my curvature of leg becomes straight and i try to stretch my leg, then it happens. Please help me :( Note: not pain, shooting ache type as if some nerve is getting pulled :/.

Looking at the picture where you have placed finger to pinpoint the exact site of pain ,It could be a non specific pain or due to ligament sprain . Avoid gym activity for a few days Apply hot water pack If pain will not subside or gets worse within a week's time , consult with orthopaedic surgeon

Nerves are not affected in this case. Can be ligament overstretch/sprain/tear. Advice MRI knee joint if possible, and orthopaedics consultation..

Hello welcome It may be due to mild tear in the ligament or muscle around the knee. Kindly take rest from exercise for one week And always start the exercise with warm-up to avoid this problem
