I am a fast bowler. I have been pain in ny both shin bone from last 1 and half week. I have done some icing on it (2days). I was practising continuously in the pain. In the beginning it was a very little pain but now it increases a lot. Sometimes i experienced pain while doing nothing. I tied my lower leg with wreck bandages for support and relief but i couldn't get a better result. Please consult me. Thank you
