I have running since four weeks. I have a severe shin pain on both my legs . I have applied ice on it . It reduces the pain a little but again it happens while running. Suggest me something to reduce this pain .

Shin pain after running implies there may be stress injury to shin bone (tibia). It happens when someone who isn/t accustomed to running starts running/ preparing for marathon. Please stop running or reduce the amount/ intensity of running. If problem persists, further investigation like X-ray or MRI will be needed to confirm the diagnosis.
Next Steps
Reduce or totally stop running
